Solution-focused coaching is all about you... it's about creating a session space where, as your coach, I help you create and maintain a resourceful and forward-thinking mindset to evaluate, envision, and empower tangible actions. Come prepared to embrace the changes you want!
WHAT IS A COACHING SESSION LIKE?
Sessions are booked for 45 minutes, but please set aside an hour just in case we need a little extra time. Most sessions begin with celebrating completed action items and other successful steps made since our last session. From there, we tackle a topic within your chosen theme and explore it further with proven tools and actionable commitments. Tell me, how will you feel when you've achieved your goal... because this is your solution-focused session.
WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis occurs naturally when you're in a suggestive state. That state is one between wakefulness and sleep... a state we normally drift in and out of during a typical day. During a hypnotherapy session, it's my job to help you create and sustain a relaxed, but focused state that allows you to best absorb your suggestions into your subconscious mind and create the change you want.
Please note, hypnotherapy is not meant to replace medical or psychotherapy, but to work in complement to other healing modalities.
WHAT IS A HYPNOTHERAPY SESSION LIKE?
Hypnotherapy is like a spa for your mind. We create and sustain a relaxed, but focused state of mind with progressive relaxation, guided imagery and direct and powerful suggestions that overwrite any limiting beliefs and create the change you want. Sessions typically last for 45 minutes and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY SESSION?
For coaching or hypnotherapy,
1) Take care of your needs and comfort
• Wear comfortable clothing
2) Avoid stimulants or anything that might inhibit your ability to relax and focus especially in the hours before
your session, if possible (ex: coffee, alcohol, medications)
3) Find a comfortable space
• A space free from interruption or distraction
• A chair or reclining position that encourages relaxation, but not sleep
• No phone ringers or alarms
• Don’t forget to think about pets
• Soft music is fine, soft lighting is fine, just work to eliminate distractions
4) Set your intention for the session (be prepared to share this)
• What is your goal for your session?
• Why is this important to you?
• What will your life be like when you achieve this?
HOW DOES ARROW ENDEAVOURS MEASURE A CLIENT’S SUCCESS?
The most accurate way possible... client feedback and self-evaluation. You know best what you're capable of and willing to do to achieve results. I can provide you with the the tools and the space to bring out the best in you, but the decision to be successful always resides within each of us.
