Why 'ARROW Endeavours'?

So glad you asked... 😉

Actually, it's something I get asked a lot, so here goes...

Back in the day (okay, not THAT far back), I was inspired by my work with Aboriginal communities and how important is it to stop simply driving ahead and instead pull back and pay attention to the stories, traditions, and ceremonies. A sincere appreciation of the past adds meaning and spirit to the land and our experience of it here in the present. At the time, my primary focus was stakeholder engagement and Aboriginal affairs, and it struck me how essential this pulling back into the past was in order to successfully launch forward into the future.

From there, the Arrow just kept calling out to me.

• How life can pull you back with difficulties only to launch you forward into something amazing...

• How we need to pull back with strategy and planning in order to launch projects forward and meet our targets...

• And, not the least of which, how the whole point of pulling back is to build power to truly launch forward into greatness, NOT to stay back, tire yourself out, lose strength and determination, and not go anywhere... the whole point is to launch forward !

Then, as fate would have it, that Arrow continues to appear in my life and, while I'm not one to put all my faith in signs (we all see what we're looking for), it did give me confidence that I was on the right path.

I decided to pursue my dream... to embrace transition and use it bring out the best in myself and others.
